Merchant Code of Conduct To maintain platform integrity, all registered vendors on Easy Sure Enterprises must adhere to these standards:
Physical Inventory Requirement: Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing dropshipped items or goods they do not physically possess. Orders must dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
Authenticity Guarantee: Counterfeit, illegal, or expired goods will result in an immediate permanent store ban and forfeiture of escrowed balances.
No Off-Platform Payments: Requesting customers to transfer money outside the official Easy Sure checkout system will lead to account termination.
