Merchant Binding Contract
KYC Requirements: Vendors must submit valid CAC registration documents (Form BN 1 / Status Report) and valid owner identification (NIN/Voters Card/Driver’s License) to sell or receive payouts.
Fulfillment & Subscriptions: Vendors must pay subscription plan fees using designated payment options to maintain active storefront privileges. Physical orders must be packed and marked dispatched within 48 hours.
Store Deactivation: Easy Sure reserves the right to suspend stores maintaining an unfulfilled order rate higher than 10%, taking payments off-platform, or selling unverified items.
