Overview: By accessing Easy Sure Enterprises (easysureltd.com), you agree to these terms governing buyer purchases, vendor storefronts, and service bookings.
Account Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID to open buyer or seller accounts.
Supported Payments: Transactions are processed through authorized payment channels (including cards, USSD, and bank transfers). Easy Sure holds funds in escrow until fulfillment terms are met.
Admin Sourcing Privilege: Dropshipping and direct factory sourcing are operated exclusively by Easy Sure Admin. Third-party vendors found dropshipping without local stock face immediate account suspension.
Liability Limits: Easy Sure is not liable for vendor product defects beyond refunding the held escrow amount for verified claims.
