Payment Protection Infrastructure
Escrow Holding System: All customer payments, regardless of payment method used at checkout are held securely by Easy Sure Enterprises until orders are completed or service appointments are marked complete.
Dispute Holding: In the event of an open dispute, funds remain frozen in escrow until our compliance team reviews evidence from both parties.
Automated Release & Payouts: Once an order is confirmed delivered and clear of dispute claims after 7 days, funds are credited to the vendor’s withdrawable wallet balance for bank disbursement.
