Every agent on this site is a direct employee of Easy Sure, ensuring a single standard of professional service.
Property Classification & Management
To ensure transparency, we categorize our listings into two distinct service tiers:
• Fully Managed Properties: These properties are under the total control of Easy Sure. We handle all leasing, rent collection through our Client Portal, and 24/7 maintenance via our in-house technicians.
• Sorted & Verified Properties: These are properties that our team has hunted and rigorously inspected for quality, security, and value. While we facilitate the initial lease and verification, the day-to-day management may remain with the property owner, backed by the Easy Sure “Seal of Approval.”
Factory-Direct Appliance Policy
We bridge the gap between real estate and retail by providing “household properties” directly from the source.
• Direct Sourcing: All appliances in our Shop are sourced directly from factories to eliminate middleman costs.
• Warranty: Every product comes with a factory-backed warranty supported by our internal customer service team.
• Installation: We offer priority delivery and installation services with extra cost for our tenants to ensure their homes are fully equipped upon move-in.
Customer Service & Inquiries
We prioritize direct human connection over automated systems.
• Direct Contact: Every “Call” or “WhatsApp” button on this site leads directly to an Easy Sure Property Consultant or Lifestyle Advisor.
• No Third Parties: We do not share your inquiry data with external brokers. Your journey from hunting a home to equipping it is managed entirely within our firm.
Fees and Payments
• Transparency: All letting fees (Residential or Commercial) are disclosed upfront on the property details page.
• Payments: All financial transactions are processed via secure, encrypted gateways within the Client Portal or directly to our team to ensure data integrity.
